The Project
Kitchen chain Invita has more than 20 showrooms in Denmark where customers can experience the possibilities, and put together the right kitchen for their home. This takes just the right mood - including on the sound side.
Together with Invita we have created a customized music profile based on customer personas and target groups. Based on this profile playlists are delivered to all the showrooms from InStoreLife's centalized Content Management System (CMS), which also controls opening hours, sound volume etc.
To make sure the customers have the right experience with the music we have also delivered a wireless speaker system, which clicks directly into the existing, regular lighting tracks. The unique design of the speakers provides 360-degree sound projection, giving a lovely sound experience in every part of the room with fewer speakers than would otherwise be necessary.
Life, warmth and atmosphere
Invita presents a coherent universe for kitchen customers. It starts online, where the customer can seek out information and inspiration for their new kitchen. The possibilites of the online universe are used to lay the ground for the right framing when the customer arrives at the physical store, and is helped through every phase of their kitchen project by Invita's qualified staff.
With InStoreLife, Invita has acquired a music solution creating life, warmth and atmosphere in their stores. Combined with decor and lighting it supports the chain's showroom concept in an attractive way and creates value and a good experience for customers. The solution is based on a customized style and customer profile, but is based on standard components, and is therefore both flexible and economical.
